Due to the chilly Canadian winters, it's possible for your Luna Bronze product to arrive partially or fully frozen. Don’t worry – this doesn’t affect the quality or performance of your product.
All Luna Bronze products are made in Australia with high-quality, skin-loving ingredients that can solidify in cold temps, but they’ll return to their normal consistency once brought back to room temperature. We recommend letting the product sit indoors for 24 hours before using it.
Avoid placing it near direct heat (like a heater or hair dryer) as this can impact the formula’s stability – slow and steady wins the glow!
